Car Shears Hydrant, Crashes Into Building In Westlake District

WESTLAKE DISTRICT (CBSLA.com) — A car sheared a hydrant and crashed into a building in the Westlake District Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened at 3:42 p.m. at the intersection of Hoover and 7th streets, according to Sky9's Stu Mundel.

Firefighters are trying to shut off the water to the hydrant.

No one was injured.
