VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — A Southland woman was arrested Wednesday after a scuffle at a San Fernando Valley gym, police said.

Officers were called to a LA Fitness gym located along the 6100 block of Sepulveda Boulevard after employees conducted a search of the woman, who was dressed in a bikini top and shorts and carrying two plastic bags, according to LAPD Van Nuys Division.

Employees allegedly found the woman in possession of “drug paraphernalia and marijuana” and a shouting match ensued, police said.

The woman was later taken into police custody after a minor scuffle, police said.
