KNX Wins 6 Golden Mikes, Including 'Best News' Honors, For 4th Consecutive Year

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — KNX1070 NEWSRADIO won a total of six Golden Mikes at the 64th annual awards dinner, which was held Saturday in Universal City.

The awards are presented annually for excellence in radio, TV and Internet broadcast journalism by the Radio & Television News Association of Southern California (RTNA), representing newsrooms in Los Angeles, San Diego and other markets from Bakersfield to the Mexican border.

The KNX 1070 award recipients for work in 2013 are:
