
SAN DIEGO (CBSLA.com) — Thick fog has prompted a handful of delays and cancellations at San Diego International Airport.
At least a dozen flights were diverted to LAX and Ontario Airport late Thursday night due to the limited visibility.

Dozens more delays and cancellations were reported Friday, as a dense fog advisory remained in place for parts of San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties.

Travelers were advised to check the statuses of their flights before heading to the airport.
