Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Metrolink Train In Simi Valley

SIMI VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Metrolink train Monday in Simi Valley.

The incident, which did not happen in a crossing, occurred shortly after 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Cochran Avenue, near Madera Road.

None of the 19 passengers aboard the train were injured, Sky2's Katie Clark reported.

No other information was made available.
