For your weekly family night tradition, a stop at Scoops Westside is a must. This unique ice cream shop is nothing like its ice cream chain counterparts. Located in the Palms neighborhood on Overland Avenue, at first glance the shop doesn’t look like much, but once you enter and try the creamy flavor explosions, you’ll understand why it has become a Los Angeles favorite. Flavors change daily and range from the standard chocolate hazelnut or rocky road to more exotic flavors like bacon caramel, mint bourbon, or cinnamon almond roca. Scoops caters to ice cream lovers of all kinds by also offering vegan and non-dairy options. If you can’t decide what to order, ask the very friendly staff to try a few unique flavors before settling on one, two or even three scoops.

Pack the whole family into a vehicle that will comfortably transport them all to ice cream heaven. The GL550 4MATIC SUV from Mercedes-Benz of Encino is not a typical family vehicle, as it can handle any terrain in its way and looks stylish while doing it.
