Carson Sheriff’s detectives say the boys’ non-custodial father, Charles Samuel Baines Sr., is still at large.

Officials said Baines took off with the boys from their Harbor City home on November 27.

The children were unharmed, according to authorities.

After the boys were cleared medically, they were returned to their custodial grandparent, Baines’ mother.
