President Obama Wraps Up 2-Day Visit To Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — President Barack Obama Tuesday wrapped up a two-day visit to the Southland with a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee and a visit to DreamWorks.

The fundraiser was held at the Hancock Park home of Marta Kauffman, a co-creator of "Friends."

From there, the President traveled by helicopter to DreamWorks Animation in Glendale, where he delivered remarks on the economy.

On Monday, Mr. Obama visited with the family of slain TSA officer Gerardo Hernandez and headlined a pair of Beverly Hills fundraisers at the homes of Magic Johnson and Israeli-American billionaire Haim Saban.

Mr. Obama departed from LAX at 2 p.m.

This was the President's 16th visit to the Los Angeles area since taking office, and his 10th fundraising trip.
