Investigators Seek Additional Victims Of Indecent Exposure Suspect

LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are looking for additional victims of a registered sex offender who allegedly exposed himself to women around Los Angeles County.

Police arrested 26-year-old Albert Raul Pulido of South Gate last month.

They said Pulido, a parolee, is the suspect in a series of indecent exposure cases around Los Angeles.

Officials said a 21-year-old woman, an alleged victim, was in North Long Beach on October 23 when she recognized Pulido's vehicle.

She told police that the suspect had exposed himself to her two months earlier in Lynwood.

The woman took cell phone pictures of the vehicle when she was in North Long Beach and then called police.

Authorities said they identified Pulido -- a registered sex offender -- using the pics and arrested him. Police said Pulido was already wearing a tracking device, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

A check of the device placed Pulido at or near the scene of a seven indecent exposure crimes, authorities said.

Detectives from the Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau contacted the victims (who range in age from 14 to 25), and each reportedly identified Pulido as the flasher.

Authorities said Pulido has a history of indecent exposure dating back 11 years.

He is being held without bail at the Pitchess Detention Facility in Castaic, according to officials.

Detectives believe he has committed other acts of indecent exposure and are urging any possible victims to contact the Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau at (877) 710-5273.
