Parolee, 26, Arrested In Connection With Several Acts Of Indecent Exposure

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 26-year-old man was in custody Friday in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents in the Los Angeles County area.

A 21-year-old woman in North Long Beach video recorded a man and his vehicle on Oct. 23 after she reportedly recognized him as the person who had exposed himself to her approximately two months prior in Lynwood.

The alleged victim contacted the Long Beach Police Department who located and arrested Albert Raul Pulido, of South Gate, police said.

Pulido was on parole and wore a tracking device for a prior case of indecent exposure.

Authorities used the GPS tracking unit to place the suspect at or near seven reported indecent exposure crime scenes.

The alleged victims, who ranged in age from 14 to 25 years old, positively identified Pulido as the suspect.

He has an extensive history of indecent exposure dating back to 2002.

He is currently in Los Angeles County Jail awaiting transportation to state prison.

Detectives believe there may be additional possible victims and are asking for the public's assistance for anyone with information to contact the LA County Sheriff's Department Special Victims Bureau at (877)710-5273.
