One Pico At Shutters On The Beach To Offer Prix-Fixe Thanksgiving Meal
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Shutters on the Beach Executive Chef Sven Mede and One Pico Executive Chef Isaac Gamboa stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to show viewers how to make a Thanksgiving meal with a One Pico twist!
One Pico, located in Shutters on the Beach, will be offering a prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu where guests can enjoy fun twists on traditional menu items, including:
- Traditional: Turkey with sweet potatoes, cranberries, and bacon stuffing
- Mustard Marinated Black Cod with Bok Choy, Shiitake, and Sweet Potatoes
- Filet of Beef with organic spinach, heirloom carrots, mascarpone polenta, and red wine reduction
- Double Chocolate Custard with red velvet cake and salted caramel ice cream
