Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Oct. 31)
STUDIO CITY (CBS2) — The next couple of days are shaping up to be wonderful "Chamber of Commerce" days. This will be great for Halloween.
The only hiccup in the forecast will be quite cold temperatures in the morning. There is a frost advisory for the high desert. High pressure is building in from the Pacific, and that will give us an off-shore flow.
We'll see highs today in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees downtown. Tomorrow it will be just a touch warmer.
By Saturday a weak disturbance moves through the area and cools us off. The marine layer will kick up as another trough move through the area.
Temps will cool down on Monday into the 60s. We could even see a little patchy drizzle on Monday morning.
Basin - upper 70s to near 80
Beaches - low to mid 70s
Valleys - low 80s
