Restaurant Owners Hernan Fernando and Ben Molina stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to tell viewers how they are celebrating Dia de Los Muertos and how to make the perfect mole sauce!

Mezcal Sour Recipe:

2 oz mezcal

.75 oz fresh lime juice

½ ounce pumpkin spice syrup

Pinch of salt

1 egg white

2-3 mole bitters

Mix the mezcal, fresh lime juice, pumpkin spice syrup, salt, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to fill, and shake vigorously.

Strain into a glass, and sprinkle the bitters on top of the foam.
