Pomona Police Probe Shooting Involving 'Uncooperative Victim'

POMONA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday continued to investigate a shooting that left a Pomona resident with non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting occurred at Orangegrove Avenue and North Gordon Street about 10:52 p.m. Saturday.

Officers say they responded to Pomona Valley Community Hospital following a report of a gunshot wound victim.

Upon arriving on scene, police say the victim identified as Isaac Michael Leon was "uncooperative" and "unable to provide detailed suspect information."

A motive for the shooting remains unknown.
