Police Search For 2 Armed Men They Say Robbed Subway Restaurant In Seal Beach

SEAL BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday were searching for two armed men they say robbed a Subway restaurant in Seal Beach.

Police were dispatched to the eatery in the 2300 block of Seal Beach Boulevard at 7:15 a.m.

Upon arriving on scene, they determined that the suspects had entered the eatery and robbed the clerk at gunpoint.

Both suspects were male. One is 6-feet tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

He was last seen wearing dark-colored pants, a black hooded jacket and had a ski mask over his face.

The second suspect is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a hooded jacket, and had a bandana over his face.

Police said the suspects fled on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
