“I heard about 11 shots fired,” said one neighbor. “I saw one of the deputies get transported into the ambulance. He was conscious, moving his head around so he looked like he was okay.”

An Orange County Sheriff’s Department spokesman confirmed the three wounded were transported to a local hospital with stab wounds.

Residents described a chaotic scene near the front door of a condominium where the suspect was killed.

Neighbors told CBS2’s Stacey Butler different accounts of who was pounding on the door of the home. Some residents said the suspect had a knife and was trying to stab his parents.

Police have not confirmed any of the neighbor’s accounts.
