Ventura Man, 40, Arrested On Suspicion Of Prowling

VENTURA (CBSLA.com) — A 40-year-old man from Ventura has been arrested near a storage unit on suspicion of prowling and possession of burglary tools.

Ventura County police said officers received a 911 call early Saturday of two subjects spotted on the property of Sam Hill and Sons Construction in the 2600 block of Beene Road.

When officers arrived, they found a man they identified as Khanh Knapp near a storage container that belongs to a business.

Knapp was arrested and booked at Ventura County Jail on suspicion of prowling and possession of burglary tools.

Police said second person was not found.
