Glendale Officials Serve 9 Search Warrants In Alleged Identity Theft Ring
GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Tuesday served nine search warrants in connection with an investigation into an identity theft ring in Glendale.
Officers arrested two men on suspicion of possession of "re-coded" credit cards during a traffic stop in January.
A subsequent investigation was launched by the Financial Crimes Unit leading authorities to identify more suspects.
A news conference to detail evidence and suspect information is scheduled for 1 p.m.
