ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A man was shot and killed in Anaheim, police said Saturday.

Officers responded to the courtyard of an apartment complex in the 800 block of North Loara Street to investigate multiple reports of shots fired about 2:30 a.m., Anaheim police Sgt. Bob Dunn said.

Upon arriving on scene, Dunn said that they located a victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

The unidentified victim was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to the sergeant.

Dunn said the shooting was being investigated as gang-related incident. No suspect descriptions were available.
