Firefighters Battle Blaze At Portable Toilet Company In Sun Valley

SUN VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters battled a blaze at a portable toilet company in Sun Valley Tuesday night.

The flames erupted around 8:15 p.m. at Mission Valley Sanitation at 9364 N. Glenoaks Boulevard.

When crews first arrived to the scene, the fire was through the roof, reported Sky9's Stu Mundel. They quickly went into a "defensive mode" to keep the blaze from spreading to other buildings.

Portions of Glenoaks were closed during the firefight, which lasted nearly 50 minutes.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the blaze is unknown.
