7 People Injured In Riverside 3-Vehicle Crash

RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — Seven people were hurt when three vehicles collided into each other Saturday in Riverside.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a collision just after 2 p.m.

The CHP said two small vehicles and a Lincoln Navigator collided at Canyon View Drive and Van Buren Boulevard.

Firefighters said several of the victims were trapped inside their vehicles.

Two people suffered major injuries, one person had moderate injuries and four others had minor injuries, according to Melody Hendrickson, spokesperson for Riverside County Fire.

All of the injured were hospitalized.
