LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Helpful Honda guys are helping alleviate the pain at the pump again Thursday.

Southern California Helpful Honda Dealers are providing free gas for Honda drivers in Glendora, Arcadia, Culver City and Los Angeles.

“In California, the average price rose four cents a gallon to $4.02,” authorities said in a statement. “Experts say the price could climb even higher in the coming weeks as Americans hit the road on summer vacations. But the SoCal Honda Dealers want to help make that summer road trip much more affordable.”

The Helpful Guys in Blue will tweet (@HelpfulHonda) and post Facebook (SoCalHonda) messages detailing exact locations where free gas will be given away.
