Air Quality Advisory In Effect For Santa Clarita Valley
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — An Air Quality Advisory was in effect Thursday for the Santa Clarita Valley.
Heath officials advise residents with heart disease, asthma or other respiratory disease to minimize outdoor activities as air quality will be unhealthy, according to the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
Children with those conditions should not participate in PE or outdoor physical activity, Los Angeles County Health Officer and Public Health Director Jonathan E. Fielding said in a statement.
