Top Chefs Honored At Live & Dine LA Tasting Event

Two special events are taking place next weekend, giving participants a chance to sample some of the best culinary offerings in Los Angeles, created by many of L.A.'s most talented chefs, along with wine, beer and artisanal cocktails.

In celebration of their annual restaurant issue, Angeleno Magazine is hosting the 11th Annual LIVE & DINE LA event Sunday, honoring LA's top chefs and restaurateurs. It's foodie heaven for guests as they indulge in dozens of top tastings from LA's most acclaimed chefs, along with award-winning wines and spirits, live music and culinary demonstrations. The main tasting event will take place at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. and includes their very own Chef Ray Garcia of FIG restaurant, on-site.

Other outstanding restaurants participating include: Spago, Littlefork, A.O.C., Hinoki & The Bird, Stella Barra, Cooks County, M.B. Post, Mercado, Circa, Bestia, Rustic Canyon, Nobu Malibu, Angelini Osteria, plus more.

A portion of the event proceeds will benefit PS Arts - a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children by bringing arts education to underserved schools and their communities. Tickets can be purchased here.

An exclusive VIP dinner event, "In the Kitchen" will take place on Friday, July 19, at FIG, featuring an innovative four-course meal by distinguished chefs Ray Garcia, Michael Voltaggio and Ricardo Zarate, complemented with signature cocktails and wine. Tickets to the VIP dinner also include admittance to the Main Tasting Event on July 21 and can be purchased here.
