TORRANCE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday said a 54-year-old Torrance man has been arrested on suspicion of child annoyance.

Eliseo Borrero is accused of exposing himself to three girls on two separate occasions, according to a statement issued by the Torrance Police Department.

Police allege that Borrero tried to talk to two girls who were walking home from school before allegedly exposing himself in late January or early February of 2012.

The statement said a second alleged incident involving a 12-year-old girl occurred in March 2012.

Police said Borrero was driving an older model, light colored vehicle in both instances.

“Police were able to link Borrero to both incidents and believe more victims have yet to come forward,” the statement said.

An investigation is ongoing.
