Universal Studios Celebrates The 'Summer Of Survival' With New Transformers Ride
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Its the "Summer of Survival" at Universal Studios Hollywood!
Natalie Ceballos, a spokesperson from Universal Studios, stopped by the KCAL9 studios Tuesday with Optimus Prime to talk about the new ride at the theme park: Transformers 3-D.
The thrill ride challenges guests to muster the courage to face their fears when they encounter MEGATRON and his fleet of evil DECEPTICONS, and a raging Silverback ape battling a pack of dangerous prehistoric dinosaurs in a fight for survival.
"Transformers: The Ride-3D" is a technologically advanced motion-based, flight simulator mega-attraction, and Universal Studios Hollywood's most ambitious ride. It is also the first-ever ride created based on the enormously popular blockbuster Transformers movies.
Guests are immersed in the action-packed robotic world of Transformers as they are propelled along 2,000 feet of ride track and surrounded by 14 gigantic screens, many fully enveloping guests at heights of 60 feet.
