Police Chase Suspect Through San Fernando Valley
NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — Police chased a stolen car suspect through the Valley Thursday evening.
The chase reportedly started in Pacoima, near Lauren Canyon when the suspect failed to yield.
Authorities said the plates came back stolen and the chase was on.
At various junctures, the chase went west on the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway, surface streets, back on the 118 going east. Police also chased the unidentified driver through Woodland Hills.
About 40 minutes after the chase started, at least five patrol cars hemmed the suspect in while he was stopped in Mission Hills.
The man was ordered out of the vehicle and he was taken into custody without incident.
