Water Main Break Causes Major Damage To Sherman Oaks Street

SHERMAN OAKS (CBSLA.com) — A water main break Wednesday caused major street damage along a San Fernando Valley street.

Officials responded to a call about the 16-inch break at 8:25 a.m. in the 3900 block of Stone Canyon Ave.

Stone Canyon was shut down at Sunny Oak Road while crews worked on site. Officials say it has caused major street damage.

No injuries or property damage were reported.
