Suspect Injured In West Hills Officer-Involved Shooting
WEST HILLS (CBSLA.com) — A suspect was injured in an officer-involved shooting Sunday morning in the San Fernando Valley.
Police responded to a burglary call around 5:40 a.m. in the 7100 block of Woodlake Ave.
A woman, who moved into the condo Saturday, heard a knock on her door, peaked through her window and saw a man holding a gun. She went into her bathroom and called 911.
When police arrived, they confronted the suspect with a gun and an officer-involved shooting occurred.
The suspect was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
No other injuries were reported.
