'Suspicious Backpack' Found At Hotel In Beverly Hills
BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Police found a "suspicious backpack" at a hotel in Beverly Hills Tuesday night.
The bag was discovered at the Thompson Hotel, located at 9360 Wilshire Boulevard.
Authorities closed Wilshire and Crescent Drive as a precaution during the investigation.
The bomb squad used a water cannon to strike the backpack. Authorities determined it was a non-explosive item.
