Man Suspected Of Murdering Wife, Shooting Man Turns Himself In To Police

CORONA (CBSLA.com) — A 26-year-old man who officials suspect shot his wife to death has turned himself in to police.

The suspect's identity has been withheld until police can notify the victim's family of her death.

Corona police were called to the 800 block of Railroad Street at around 4:40 p.m. Saturday and found the suspect's 34-year-old wife dead inside.

Officials believe the suspect is also responsible for firing several shots into a 26-year-old man at the residence. He was hospitalized in stable condition.

The suspect turned himself in to Santa Ana police Sunday morning.

Investigators have not said what the wife's connection was to the man who was shot.
