Police Search For Man Who Reportedly Robbed Manhattan Beach Bank
MANHATTAN BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Manhattan Beach at gunpoint last week.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. Friday at the US Bank branch in the 3300 block of Sepulveda Boulevard, according to Det. Michael Rosenberger of the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
The suspect reportedly took out a handgun and demanded money from the teller.
He then fled with the cash.
The alleged armed robber is described as white, in his late 40s, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, with short dark hair.
He was wearing glasses and a cream short sleeve button-down shirt.
