Alleged Simi Valley Heroin Dealer Arrested

VENTURA (CBSLA.com) — A Simi Valley man was behind bars Thursday after his arrest on charges of selling heroin.

Harman Singh Saini, 32, was arrested on Feb. 6 on two counts of heroin sales. Saini was arrested on Feb. 6.

Simi Valley Police detectives from the Department's Special Investigations Section took Saini into custody when he appeared in court on an unrelated matter. He was booked at Ventura County Main Jail without incident.

Detectives spent months investigating Saini for heroin sales after they received numerous anonymous tips from citizens that Saini was selling heroin in Simi Valley.

"The Department continues to be committed to aggressively enforcing laws relating to the illicit sales and use of illegal narcotics in Simi Valley," a police statement read.
