Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 1)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — It will be another spectacular Southern California day.

Temperatures will top out in the upper 70s to low 80s. With the off-shore flow still in place, expect some gusty canyon winds. However, we should stay well below advisory levels.

There is a marine layer trying to redevelop, but it is in the Pacific right now nand we should remain clear at the beach.

While there will be some slight cooling into the weekend, we will still be running well above average for this time of year. We will get some increasing cloudiness, but that's about it.

It looks safe to watch the Super Bowl outside this weekend for those of you with some long extension cords. By next week a trough develops and drops down the coast, but this too looks dry.

Temperatures should get back down into the 60s by Tuesday next week.

Coast-low 70s
Basin-mid 70s
Valleys-upper 70s
Mountains-upper 40s
Deserts- upper 60s
