Oxnard Police Looking For Suspect Exposing Himself To Women

OXNARD (CBSLA.com)  — Oxnard Police believe they have a serial flasher on the loose.

Authorities are investigating several reports of a man exposing himself to women in Oxnard.

The most recent report of flashing occurred Thursday, said police. About 7:30 a.m., they say the suspect flashed a woman on J Street and Clara Street.

A woman reported that she saw a man acting in a suspicious manner. As she walked by the man, she said his genitalia was exposed and he was touching himself.

Officials believe this suspect is the same man who has exposed himself to unsuspecting girls on their way to school.

The Oxnard Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a Latino, approximately  5 feet 5 inches tall to 5 feet 8 inches tall. He is about 130-150 pounds. He has dark hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion.

The suspect has a scar over his right eyebrow.  He's been seen wearing a plain gray sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes.
