Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Dec. 24)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — It will be a wet start to Christmas Eve!

The rain Monday morning will taper off. As we make our way through the mid-morning, the cold front pushes west, and the moisture will move along with it.

We should be dry by the evening, and it appears Christmas day will be dry and nice as well.

There is another chance for rain as we make our way into Wednesday, although like the previous storms, totals are expected to be light.

Wednesday's system has two parts to it, the first moves in early in the day, and then the second part will come in early Thursday.

Friday is expected to be nice before another trough drops into the area on Sunday.
