Man Wearing Skirt, Fishnet Stockings Exposes Himself To Kids

THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Police are looking for a cross-dressing man who has been exposing himself to children outside of apartment complexes in Thousand Oaks.

The incidents happened on Aug. 1, Nov. 10 and Dec. 2 in the 1900 block of Avenida de Los Arboles, the 100 block of Los Feliz Drive and the 1100 block of Ramona Drive, respectively.

Police reported the 20 to 40-year-old suspect sparked a conversation with the victims, who are around 5 to 10 years old, before he revealed himself.

Detectives said the man was wearing a skirt, women's underwear, and fishnet stockings during the indecent exposures.
