Burglary Suspect Shot By Police Inside NoHo 99 Cents Only Store
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — A burglary suspect has been hospitalized after being shot by police inside a North Hollywood 99 Cents Only store.
The shooting occurred at the store in the 10900 block of Victory Boulevard east of Vineland Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police say they received a call of two burglars inside the location. Upon arrival, officers say there was a confrontation between an officer and one of the suspects.
The suspect was taken to an area hospital. His current condition was not known.
Police remained at the store to search for a second suspect but have not announced a second arrest.
