Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty To Third DUI

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Singer Bobby Brown pleaded not guilty to his third DUI Friday.

Brown's most recent charges stem from an October arrest after a police officer pulled him over for driving erratically in the area of Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue.

Brown was not present in court Friday.

He also faces charges of driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without an interlock ignition device.

Brown is currently on probation for a drunken driving conviction from a March arrest.

He was first convicted of DUI in 1996.

If found guilty of his most recent charges, Brown could serve two years in jail.

He is due back in court next month.
