CANOGA PARK (CBSLA.com) — Two people were found dead inside a Canoga Park residence Friday and officials say the deaths were likely the result of a murder-suicide.

The murder-suicide occurred in the 7100 block of Farralone Avenue.

They were later identified as 29-year-old Bahram Varahram, of Canoga Park, and 25-year-old Asleh Meradi Kashkouli, of Albuquerque, N.M., according to Lt. Fred Corral of the L.A. County Coroner’s Office.

Preliminary reports indicate the two were dating, Officer Rosario Herrera said.
