He said, “Drivers trying to get around Los Angeles were in for rude awakening.”
Horror stories abounded. Said one driver, “This is ridiculous! It’s taking way too long to get around.”

Some motorists talked about spending two hours in the car just go to from the valley to the Westside.
Canadian Robert Assaf said, “I’ve never seen traffic this bad.”
Endeavour was expected to cross the Manchester Bridge overpass around midnight Friday.
