Delta Flight To Memphis Returns Safely To LAX Because Of Engine Trouble

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A Delta flight leaving Los Angeles International Airport for Memphis has safely landed after experiencing engine trouble, officials said.

Delta Flight 1920, which left LAX at 7:48 a.m. Friday, made an emergency landing about an hour after takeoff, LAX officials said.

The Boeing 737 has 166 people on board, according to officials.
