Boy, 13, Charged With Murder In The Death Of 41-Year-Old Man
WILDOMAR (CBSLA.com) — A 13-year-old boy and two adults have been charged with murder in the death of a man.
The Riverside County District Attorney's office identified the boy as Matthew Warner, of Lake Elsinore, according to The Press-Enterprise.
Warner is being charged as a juvenile.
Warner, Anthony Garcia, 32, and 38-year-old Summer Stephens are accused of beating a 41-year-old man and leaving him for dead in an abandoned Wildomar home on Sept. 18, the paper reported.
The identity of the victim, who died from blunt force trauma, has not been released, The PE said.
Prosecutors describe the three suspects as acquaintances.
Garcia and Stephens were charged with murder and special circumstances Monday, according to The PE. They will be arraigned on Oct. 10.
