Driver Killed In Fiery Crash Near Long Beach Airport
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A man was killed Sunday in an overnight collision near Long Beach Airport, police said.
Lisa Massacani, a spokesperson for the Long Beach Police Department, said the fiery crash occurred in the 4500 block of Spring Street.
According to Massacani, the victim was traveling east in his 2011 Hyundai Sonata when he lost control and struck a tree.
His identity has not been released.
No further information was available.
