Report: LeAnn Rimes Enters Rehab To Treat Emotional Issues
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Singer and actress LeAnn Rimes has reportedly entered rehab to seek treatment for emotional issues, People Magazine said Thursday.
"LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress," her rep Marcel Pariseau told PEOPLE exclusively.
Rimes has been publicly criticized for her weight and thin appearance, however, Pariseau tells the magazine that her client is not being treated for an eating disorder.
Rimes, who is married to actor Eddie Cibrian, recently celebrated her 30th birthday on Aug. 28.
"This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be," Rimes told People.
