STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Jewelry designer Beth Bernstein visited KCAL9 Friday to talk about her book, “My Charmed Life”.

Bernstein shared several ways to repurpose jewelry and incorporate older items into modern pieces.

For example, brooches can be worn as a pendant, in the hair, on the side of a dress, or even on a sweater.

Bernstein will be signing her new memoir at Kamofie Jewelry Friday night.

The event begins at 6 p.m. at the store, which is located at 1350 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Ste. 102, in Venice.
