Patterson, 49, was most recently arrested on June 21 on an unrelated warrant for alleged DUI, hit-and-run and assault in Belmont Shore in May.
Patterson was scheduled for a pretrial hearing at the Long Beach Courthouse on the latest misdemeanor charges.
He may also face charges for the infamous assault on the shoulder of a stretch of the Golden State (5) Freeway outside downtown Los Angeles, where a cell phone video shows him throwing the first punch before being jumped by two men whom he had cut off in traffic.
Patterson claims the punch was in self defense.
