SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) – Hanley Ramirez hit a game-winning two-run homer in the 10th inning off Sergio Romo for his first homer as a Dodger, and Los Angeles beat the San Francisco Giants 5-3 on Friday night.

Ramirez, getting his first taste of the Dodgers-Giants rivalry, was mobbed by his teammates in the dugout, stunning another sellout crowd in San Francisco.

"It was a good win, now we got to come back stronger tomorrow." Ramirez said to Prime Ticket.

Stephan Fife, making his second start for the Dodgers was in line for his first career win, but the Giants tagged Ronald Belisario for two runs in the eighth inning, tying the game at five.

Shawn Tolleson pitched a scoreless ninth for his first career win.

Kenley Jansesn allowed two singles to start the bottom of the 10th, but was able to escape for his 20th save of the season.

With the win, Los Angeles trails the Giants  by two games in the NL West.
