Jeopardy! Host Alex Trebek Released From Hospital Following Heart Attack

WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Which game show host has been released from the hospital after suffering a heart attack over the weekend?

Answer: Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek.

The 71-year-old trivia titan was checked in to Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Saturday, according to the Jeopardy! spokesperson.

Trebek is expected to fully recover and be back doling out answers on the trivia game show when it resumes for its 29th season next month.

This wasn't the first time the TV icon has made the news for health-related issues: in 2007, Trebek suffered his first heart attack and last summer he snapped his Achilles tendon while chasing a burglar out of his hotel room in San Francisco.
