Man Ordered To Stand Trial For Stalking Actress Mila Kunis

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The man accused of harassing actress Mila Kunis was ordered to stand trial Wednesday on stalking charges.

During a preliminary hearing Wednesday, a judge determined there was sufficient evidence for Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, to stand trial on felony charges of stalking and stalking in violation of a restraining order.

Dunn was originally arrested in January when he broke into a vacant West Hollywood condominium owned by Kunis, according to police and the District Attorney's Office. He pleaded no contest in February to a misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling and was ordered to stay away from the 28-year-old actress.

Kunis is best known for her roles on "That '70s Show" and in "Black Swan."

Dunn will return to court on June 27. He is currently being held on $150,000 bail.
